In these uncertain times, for everyone who is being creative, this question may pop into their mind “How to be a successful creative entrepreneur?” So let’s dig in!!! The road to creative entrepreneurship takes a lot of time and hard work, and energy. It would help if you had a vision board in which creative area you are interested to build your own brand. You give yourself freedom from the so-called corporate world. It is a willingness to be there when you show up for no reason other than yourself instead of working for a client.

If we look around us, there is a solution to any problem someone solved. For example, a laptop you working on, the clothes you are wearing, the pen you use, etc. Just think about it! Someone with an idea worked and made a business into a reality for you and hence, the problem is being solved. That particular human is called an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a person who wants some change in society. Not every business person wants to earn money but there is a passion and a risk-taker who is willing to undertake a long journey.

On the other hand, creative entrepreneurship is the practice of setting up a business or setting yourself as self-employed in any of the creative industries. You are your own boss. If you want to change something with your creative talents with multiple revenue streams then you come into a circle of creative entrepreneurship. If one stream gets closed down then the other is opened for you. Instead of putting all eggs in a basket, try to put eggs in different baskets which can ensure your stability.

A creative entrepreneur willingly creates a space for herself/himself if she/he is willing to do the hard work with dedication and a positive approach.

After getting the idea, you have to build a strong groundwork by building a brand name, logo, website, and social media presence, the sooner the better!

As Stu Mc Laren says, “ You don’t have to get it perfect, you just have to get it going!”
