Give yourself permission

it doesn’t hurts!

Yesterday, I realized while taking a bubble bath that how important is to pamper yourself in this fast life havoc. It gave me deep down relaxation to my nerves and senses which was unmatched meaning I never experienced before. I allowed myself to take some time just to be me with alone, hence my creative juices and amazing ideas came into my mind how to and what to do more creative more for my artistic career.

For me, it was a bubble bath. It can be a watercolor painting session playing with the flow of colors or a cup of coffee immersed in my thoughts. What else could be for me and you? I would suggest you take out time to get to know yourself, make realistic plans to achieve your dreams and goals. And if in any case, you find hindrances to get your dreams come true then make a plan from the end to start, yes I repeat from end to start how to overcome those hurdles by hook or crook without looking back to make your dreams into reality and of course giving up is not in my dictionary.

Self care if the highest form of your own existence. If we won’t take care of our mind then imagine how can we be service to others. Have you ever heard someone pouring tea from an empty cup? Nourish yourself first, allow yourself to understand what you can do. What capabilities God has already given you to serve others? I would suggest you to make a list of what you have been blessed with already. Another list, what you want to learn to move ahead and remain updated? What you could learn more to satisfy your creative needs? What art supplies do you need to get there? Eventually, you will get the answers! Make short term goals instead of long term. It will help you to cover quickly.

Self care isn’t selfish. Whoever cares for herself first, she knows her jam. She knows what she is up to She knows what are her strengths. She knows how to to overcome her weaknesses. Just keep exploring your self care habits which keep you sane and content.
